I am young and I am old
I am fast and I am slow
I am first and I am last
I am lost and I am found
I am strong and I am weak
I am troubled and I am at peace
I am fierce and I am gentle
I am afraid and I am brave
I am dead and I am alive
I am broken and I am whole
I am royalty and I am a servant
I am dust and I am a temple

I am all these and more
But most of all –
I am 33 and I am HIS!

Today, I celebrate my 33rd birthday with so much joy in my heart. Today, I celebrate with so much clarity in my mind. Today I celebrate with so much peace in my spirit. It’s a special one as I think about the life of my Lord and how He fulfilled purpose in that year of His life. I am grateful that the Lord has led me into this year holding my hands and lighting my path. I am grateful that He has opened doors before me that I thought were shut forever. I’m grateful that His love for me will never give up on me. This is my testimony.
