I don’t judge the days when I want to lie in like a lazy log. But even in those days, I have the opportunity to choose not to be STAGNANT.
You want to know how? Consider this verse:
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
Your body may lack the capacity to move, but the mind is always active. If you let it to itself, it’ll fill up with rubbish. So be intentional about your thoughts, even on your lazy days.
Setting my mind on things above…
It takes work.

This is so true!. Our hearts if left unattended to even for a minute can pick up thoughts and it keeps going on and on. We need to be intentional about guarding our hearts. 💯

Exactly so. And the enemy is out there always with a distraction. Careful and watchful we must be.
