At the start of the year, I got the leading from the Holy Spirit to invest time in something that draws from one of the passions God invested in me: teaching bible lessons to children. I was very excited about the prospect, but then I became quite scared as I thought about the implications and the entire execution process as a whole.
For weeks, I prayed that God should help me just start, even though the entire path wasn’t completely mapped out. There were mornings I would wake up feeling like a very disobedient child who stubbornly refused to get on the assignment, but honestly, I didn’t know where to begin and I needed some form of push.
One day, I asked Boo of life if he could help motivate me to get started. That period coincided with a sudden desire to switch off my phone for an extended period of time. So the next day, he got out my gear and set up. Of course, I really didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I got started. This was only last week.
So here we are, God and I, at the start, and I am very excited about it. By tomorrow, 3 episodes would already be out, but the most exciting part is that the theme song for the devotion time was composed by my daughter when she was only 3 years old.
I’m asking you all to join us on this journey with all the children around you. You can subscribe to the channel so that when the videos are up, you’ll be able to watch them. I’ll love to hear what you and your children think about the videos and the execution.
I know the videos will be marked as ‘Made for Kids’ on Youtube, hence the comment section will be disabled (I don’t mind at all), but you can leave me a message with your thoughts and I’ll appreciate it. I know the One who is leading me, so I’m not shaken.
All I hope to do is impact the next generation, just the way my parents, Sunday school teachers and others impacted my life with the truth of God’s word.
Thanks and God bless you
That’s wonderful!! Congratulations!!

Thank you for being willing to sow seeds into the lives of children that you don’t even know! That is so awesome! I wish you great success! I will share with my daughter since she has children who may enjoy your lessons.

Maybe because I’m not always here. That’s why I thought responding to my email would have been the best way 😅

I’m good.
I watched your video and your exactly how I envisioned you. Sweet and motherly. But I see a mischievousness though, those kids don’t know a bigger kid is in the room with them 😁

This is SO EXCITING!!!! I applaud you, I encourage you, I bless you and shower you with prayer.
I know some families with children of all ages, and I will share this with them. (Besides myself, who loves kids stuff, and loves God, and loves you, so I know I will be enthralled with your presentations.)
Our Daily Bread – great reading! Love it!

Jere 1:11-12
The word of the Lord came to me: “What do you see, Jeremiah?” “I see the branch of an almond tree,” I replied
The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.” God will surely grant you speed Amen
